EVALUATIONS
The earlier a developmental concern is identified, the better. With early detection, a child can receive help in specific areas while simultaneously maintaining progress in other areas of development. Families, important teachers for their children, work closely with their service coordinator and the evaluator to develop and implement an Individual Family Service Plan. Program areas include special instruction; speech, physical, and occupational therapy; service coordination; and other services as outlined in their plan. CORE: A multidisciplinary evaluation to assess all areas of development. Supplemental: May include speech, physical, and/or occupational therapists.
